Putting a domain on my pages.dev site
Soooo I have successfully made and launched my website using pages, which is deployed from a GitHub repository. The website is fully functional, and I am now ready to acquire a custom domain for it
My understanding is that I can register the desired domain directly through cloudflare's domain registration? Since Cloudflare is already hosting the site as i understand, I am looking for clarification on the other necessary steps
Specifically, after purchasing the domain will it automatically be configured to point to my existing pages site, or are there additional configuration steps I need to doo? I would appreciate help on the complete process to ensure a smooth transition to a custom domain.

Heyo, once you purchase your domain you can then head over to your Pages project, go to "Custom Domains" and add the newly registered domain. This will set it up and it should work a few seconds later :)
okaay thank you, i was just kinda lost since i hear about "you have to find a hosting service" which costs a lot somehow, but cloudflare seems to host it just fine from github for free for now? like i dont know bruh, its just seems way to easy for something thats free, i had a cloudflare page with a free domain years ago but i completely forgot how to operate on here, back then it had the old ui aswell
thank you!
also, about renewal of domains. can i like purchase the domain every year , instead of buying x amount of years for $$ times the amount of years? like i want to pay the price of the domain once a year, i see it costs 10 dollars so its not a problem, but is it possible to do so?
you can just buy 1 year and renew yearly yeah, no need to buy x number - i use yearly renewal for almost all my domains
okay thank you a lot bro!
