I didn't see this on my end either, but a lot of customers came with the same problem today

Would you be able to share more steps to replicate? Each time ive looked into this app im not able to recreate or encounter the issue
Have you set which User to preview your store as?
like I said, I can't replicate it on my end either, its just that one day suddenly a lot of customers started storming in with this issue and I haven't managed to fix this yet. I got them to reinstall and what not. In the end I just deleted their shopifyShop revord and it worked but I don't think so that's an ideal solution
