Issues with max client connections reached

Hi there, can someone help me with this issue? I'm not sure what is happening. We were in the Nano server but migrated over to the Micro. Also I notice there is a banner suggestion a technical issue in the Supabase servers but it's saying operational anyways. Please advise.
