Issue inviting user to organization - "Failed to retrieve token"
I'm trying to invite someone to my Supabase organization, but he's getting the following error:
"Failed to retrieve token
Error: Failed to retrieve organization.
Try refreshing your browser, but if the issue persists for more than a few minutes, please reach out via support."
We've tried:
Refreshing the browser multiple times
Clearing browser cache and cookies
Using different browsers and devices
Sending a new invite
The error still happens every time.
Environment:
Browser: Safari and Chrome (Mobile and Desktop)
Account Type: Standard Supabase Account (not self-hosted)
Any ideas on how to fix this or another way to quickly grant him access?
