the best sens depends entirely on what works for you
go to bot range and flick back and forth between two bots
if ur overflicking most of the time, make the sense lower
if ur underflicking, make it higher
if ur somewhat consistently able to go between them then theres a good sense for u

I don't play ranked much anymore but when I did I think I was around gold 3 and I've heard alot of "turn ur sens down" but for me it's either I'm like a fucking sherrif demon one tapping everyone or I can't hit a single damn shot (same sens in both cases) idk why there's such a big difference every day

.52 is good if u wrist aim but u won’t get clean flicks and transitions cus wrist aim has a curved crossover by default

Using ur arm gives more linear aim allowing for better head shot flicks and transitions

and it's perfect
took me like 30 minutes in the range testing different sens but I finally got this

Just find something that you're comfortable with. You should be able to perform a full 360 though on your mousepad at whatever sens you're using though without picking your mouse up. That's the bottom Baseline. However it shouldn't be much higher than that. A good starting point is around 300 edpi though. (Around 0.2 1600dpi). As most pros and most players use something around that

there's no best sens it's whatever is best for you but most pros use between 200-400 edpi and 240 is the average most players are comfortable with
depends if ur more of a wrist or arm aimer but you should use both if ur mousepad's big enough
