how can i make discord open on startup and also how can i remove a lock from apps?

hi so 2 questions, first I would like to make discord launch when turning on my PC and also I would like to remove this lock thing from some apps (spotify and proton vpn have it for some reason) where I have to type my password in to open them. Thanks in advance
