is it possible to return used skin?
i bought last night the ghost reaver on my night market, but i really dont like it. I played it couple times but its boring for me, I am very mad at myself and i regret this purchase. is it possible for riot to do one time exeption and accept my refund?

Unfortunately not. Used skins cannot be refunded.
