why is sway reversed?
like in the image; it's upside down (flipped vertically) and also flipped horizontally
X11 (xfce4, i3) works normally.

Are you using Wayland with Termux:GUI?
I think so, it's installed
Although I can't tell what's happening in the background
Do you have the Termux:GUI application installed? Is Sway displayed in Termux:X11 or :GUI?
I have it installed. It is Termux:GUI because (1) it opens the window simply by typing the command and (2) I tried uninstalling Termux:GUI and this behavior stopped (opening that window, as in the image.)
You're used the Wayland version, I never got it working, probably an experimental implementation of Wayland on Termux.
have you tried to configure the output manually?
How?

But I think that we shouldn't use Sway currently as the UI is broken and Termux's Wayland integration incomplete.
