rpm lock

Hi new to fedora im trying to install 1password have tried both an install from the .rpm file aswell as a manual method but both seem to be struggling to install

From the download file
warning: /var/home/Medrin/Downloads/1password-latest.rpm: Header V4 RSA/SHA512 Signature, key ID 2012ea22: NOKEY
error: can't create transaction lock on /usr/share/rpm/.rpm.lock (Read-only file system)

From Manual Method
error: can't create transaction lock on /usr/share/rpm/.rpm.lock (Read-only file system)
error: https://downloads.1password.com/linux/keys/1password.asc: key 1 import failed.

Im quite new to linux in general had a quick look around to see what i should try but haven't been able to get it to pull through
Solution
As an update after reading the bazzite docs can see you don't recommend using the rpm and realized you had flatpack
flatpak install https://downloads.1password.com/linux/flatpak/1Password.flatpakref
