Clouds bug

Does anybody have the same weird glitch? It looks like the clouds are too low in the sky, causing this visual bug. I tried disabling the regular clouds because I saw someone mention that the Distant Horizons has its own clouds, but it didn't work, they didn't appear at all. I'm using Complementary Shaders.
