GTA V Enhanced Rockstar Issue

Hello Everytime I try to run GTA V with command lines for dinput8 to get my trainer mod to work or do anything to make mods work the game loads but the Rockstar Logo spins till the message GTA V is currently running message pops up.

So little progress I found out it’s xinput1_4 that makes it say that Don’t know how to fix it though its openrpf
