Game latency and audio problems
every few seconds i just get a random game latency spike and my audio sometimes disapears completly i also get fps drops sometimes down to 5 fps for a fraction of a second i have already updated drivers, installed old ones and even disinstalled the game completly. the riot support wasnt able to help me after 2 weeks so maybe i will have a bit of luck here

Expand network adapters

Restart your pc
And then try the game
