Uploads get stuck at 96/97/98/99%

I've just deployed Ente to my server and after figuring out most of it i came to be stuck at this issue. The Data gets written to the S3 Storage, no errors are on display both in the browser console and the docker logs. But for some reason the Uploads seems to stuck at these percentage levels. Doesn't matter if i use one file or many - Firefox / Chrome / Desktop App Its running behind a traefik and the s3 im using is garage. Any ideas what the problem could be?
