Restore database to a new project in Supabase Cloud

I need a help for restore database to a new project with a new infrastructure.
My actual project this in São Paulo, Brazil. I need transfer database and storage for California, USA.
In documentation, Supabase there are some points that seem loose and lacking continuity.
Has anyone else faced this challenge?
