Restore to a new project - doesnt work

Has anyone had success with this? We have tried it 5 times now spread out some as well. It tries and then says it didn’t work and to contact support each time. So far support hasn’t responded with any help.

We do have PITR enabled.
I recognize it’s in beta but it’s surprising it doesn’t work at all.
