Starboard no longer working
Starboard stopped functioning a few days ago. It has been working for a while now with no issues. Starboard responds in the channels when I @ it. When I run utils info on the message, I get the following message back despite it having the proper permissions and such

honestly this is probably a cache error, but I doubt restarting the bot will fix it

ok I restarted the bot, give it like 10 minutes and try again

hopefully this isn't a deseralization bug, that would be a huge pain to fix

there was only one guild that failed to cache and it wasn't that one
