my problem is there was an error connecting to the platform error 59
I restarted it already and still didn't fix

I had this problem last night "error VAL 59" and I fixed it like this. Hope it helps you:
run command promt as administrator and type these 4 commands one by one:
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns
then restart your pc and it should work
