Request Tencent to Investigate VNG Support Mishandling

Hello Tencent Support Team, I’m writing to request your direct intervention in my PUBG Mobile account recovery case. My account was clearly hijacked and misused, and despite providing all necessary evidence, the Vietnam publisher VNG support team has ignored my request or refused to take action. I registered the account on September 30, 2024. I still have access to my email used for the original registration. The hacker has changed the in-game name and is actively using the account. I contacted VNG support multiple times with proof, but I was only given generic replies and then ignored. This is unacceptable for a global game like PUBG Mobile. I sincerely ask Tencent to step in, review this case, and ensure that your publishing partner (VNG) treats users with fairness and responsibility. Thank you. Best regards
