Request for Assistance in Recovering My Scammed PUBG Account

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to seek your assistance regarding my PUBG account, which has unfortunately been compromised.

I had linked my Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), a third link email, and my phone number to this account. Regrettably, I fell victim to a scam and inadvertently shared my login details with the scammers, resulting in my loss of access.
I have invested a significant amount of time and money into this account, purchasing UC and creating numerous gameplay videos as proof of my activity. However, I do not have receipts for my purchases, as I typically bought UC from third-party sources over the past 5-6 months.
I kindly request your help in recovering my account. I am deeply distressed about this situation and would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide.
I previously emailed the support team earlier as well and filled the google form previously but it was rejected, but in the email they advised me to claim via the in-game tool. Unfortunately, each claim has been declined on the grounds that I am not using a regular device. I would like to clarify that I am indeed using the same device as before, an iPad Pro M1 (12.9"). During the scam, the perpetrator instructed me to delete PUBG Mobile from my device and reinstall it, which I believe may have caused the system to not recognize my device correctly.
To support my case, I have records of my last five UC purchases, including details of the amounts bought, as well as the dates and times of each transaction. Additionally, I possess recorded gameplay footage from my account that can help verify my ownership.

Your request has been already rejected once
But I am the owner of that I'd, i submitted my uc purchases as well , now how can a person prove his ownership? I have my gameplay videos from that id, what is the purpose of filling such forms then? I tried via in game tool but i had deleted pubg and reinstalled it now it doesn't recognize my device , its so heartbreaking.

Already done that , they keep on saying submit request via in game tool but how can i when it doesn't recognize my device because of only one silly mistake of deleting and reinstalling pubgm again, but i had been playing on the same device since 8 months and i have legit proofs.

Yes i had fallen for the trap of the scammer he told me to uninstall pubgm and re install it again , because of which my device doesn't get recognized and my in game claim gets rejected showing " Claim declined. Please file your claim using a regular device. (30400044) " And i had already mailed the email you provided and their only reply is submit via in game tool which i said is getting declined.
