How do I get help if I can't log in?

I get error messages that I have a cloudflare account at my email address. Okay, maybe but I have no memory of creating one. I click Forgot Password, I get nothing. It tells me to contact support. I click support, I get a log in screen.

What am I supposed to do here?

It's not in my junk or anywhere else. It's not being received.
