game crashing computer
hey guys ive been having a problem with val crashing my pc every time i run it without fail. over the past 3 weeks, val has opened up fine, run fine for 30 seconds - 10 mins, and then just out of nowhere crashed my pc. no BSOD, just straight crash. it then reboots itself about 30 seconds later. i googled for solutions, and ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling both valorant and vanguard multiple times, switching all of my graphics settings to low, etc, but nothing has worked. anyone know how to fix this?

in my opinion I think this might be the reason

delete your nvidia drivers
and reinstall the newest ones
i did that like 2 weeks ago
should i do it again
yes
try using display driver uninstaller
@delirious
kk
you downloaded ddu?

this?
yep
just downloaded it
pls install and use
which of these am i checking

um whats ur gpu?

More likely to be the BugCheck given the first column is errors in the last 24 hours
And it’s 0 for the nvidia drivers
all i know is i uninstalled and reinstalled my drivers a couple weeks ago and it didn’t fix the problem
remove present and non-present monitors
save log files
create a system restore point
automatically check for DDU updates
remove Vulkan Runtime
remember last selected GPU
Yeah it’s not the drivers dw
tryin doesnt hurt brother
for nvidia specfifc @delirious
select everything
kk
except the last one

then which option top left
the recommended one
@LordVirtue can you check dms
is this a fixable problem?
Depends on what the cause of it is, it’s a catch all error
If it’s hardware, need to find and replace the part (typically ram), if it’s a driver or software need to go find an unaffected version
You can put the BugCheck details here but it’s usually pretty nebulous
