Hello PUBG Mobile Support,
My account (nickname: MC Queenn, ID: 5780249480) was banned for 10 years. I didn’t understand the reason at first, but later I found out it was because of a cheat I bought from someone who said it was 100% safe and wouldn’t get me banned.
I truly regret using it and never intended to harm the game or gain unfair advantage. I already contacted support by email but got no reply.
I kindly ask for a second chance or guidance on what I can do. I really love this game and would never risk my account again.

Cheating leads to an account ban in accordance with PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Bans are applied for violating these terms and will remain in effect until the specified duration is completed.

Hello PUBG Support team,
I recently received a 10-year ban on my account, and I would like to kindly explain my situation. I was tricked by someone who sold me a so-called "safe" cheat subscription, claiming it only shows enemy positions (a type of wallhack) and that it was 100% undetectable. I know now that I made a mistake and deeply regret trusting this person.
I didn’t intend to ruin the game for others or to break the rules so severely. I was simply naive and believed what I was told. Please understand that I have learned from this, and I will never use such tools again.
I’m begging for a second chance to recover my account. I love the game and have invested a lot of time and emotions into it since 2019. If there is any way to reduce the ban or review my case again, I would be extremely grateful.
