Upgrade from 2025-01 to 2025-04 resulted in "Request access to Protected Customer Data"

Hi, I recently upgraded from 2025-01 to 2025-04 and now am getting "Request access to Protected Customer Data" but I already have an approved form. Any suggestions how to fix this?

oh it disappeared now. so all good. Just keep this post here as I observed two things after upgrading from 2025-01 to 2025-04: 1. All admin panels stopped working for 5 mins with a graphql error. It take 5-10mins after deployment is completed to completely be up and running 2. The above message, it disappears after ~30mins

Okay good news, this Warning is visual. I do see one store of the ones showing the visual x that shows an error for the sync in its logs despite it syncing. Im looking into that but it should be fine the reason for this is Gadget isnt able to see if you have filled the form out or not as we cant query that info. We do have it in the pipeline to fix this visual coming soon
