Unable to access dashboard

Hello all, since yesterday I am not able to login to my Supabase account. I am stuck on the MFA screen (attached screenshot). I joined discord to get some help. I tried in incognito mode too, same result. I added MFA a few days ago and this is the first time I attempted to login with MFA.
