Hello everyone, Sharing new problem :
We began encountering this issue shortly after enabling the Agentic experience as the default for all users — though it's unclear whether this is directly related.
Once enabled, the following API call fails with a 400 Bad Request error:

However, when we disable Agentic mode as the default, the Spotter embed loads successfully again.
This workaround isn't ideal, as most of our reference queries and user training are designed around the Agentic experience — and disabling it leads to inconsistent behavior and results.
Could you please guide us here, why that API is returning bad request if we turning on the agentic experience as the default for all users ?
