Flow Z13: Change TDP of HHD presets
Is it possible to change the TDP of the presets in HHD? I was looking for some sort of config file, but could not find any.
I want the fan profile of the silent preset but use less than the 40 Watt in silent mode. The fan profile of the custom TDP mode is more aggressive than silent preset and the using the custom fan setting does not help as the fan speed is faster than with the silent preset, even at 0%.

fan profile in custom TDP interpolates between the profiles
so if you do 20W it should be the quiet profile
Thanks for the quick response. Is there any way to have 30W or 35W with the silent fan profile?
until 42W you should be using the silent preset
if not then the hardware is thinking on its own
On Windows I was able to set fan profiles and TDP independent of each other with G-Helper. Would love to see something similar on Bazzite

In my testing switching from silent at 40W to custom at 35W made the fans louder, but let me recheck to be sure
also i think on battery silent is 20something

Yeah on battery it is 27W, same as Windows
I just retested and the fans definitely get louder switching from silent profile at 40W to custom at 35W
So I just looked for that file and I guess due to Bazzite's immutable nature, I can't change the values, right?

@antheas sorry to bother you again, but just wanted to inform you that on battery I litteraly cannot set a custom TDP from 28W to 41W. 42W and more works however.
Definitely something weird going on with the TDP behavior and I already tried resetting everything.
