Can't find my photos when using Docker

I'm a noob so apologies in advance. Last year I created an Immich Server using the Docker instructions provided on the immich website but left the defaults in place. I've been able to see my photos on the web app and iphone app, but I can't seem to find any of the photo files when I look at the server. Does anyone know how to find where the content is being stored on the Linux server?

@bo0tzz I looked at the location and I see GUID named Folders. I just need to find out which GUID belongs to which user. Thanks.
