Error: Windows cannot access VALORANT.exe file location

I really don't know what's wrong with this, I've tried everything from researching, making Valorant support tickets, even using ChatGPT. This problem has been going on for almost a year now, I just want to play my game again.

This happens after I press play on the Riot Games homepage, after it asks for permission to let "BootstrapPackagedGame" to run and make changes to my Hard Drive. After I press yes, it shows the Error above, then shows this (attached)

it's an hdd, so i think yess i'm using my ssd as my main os storage i have also tried downloading on my ssd yet up to no avail still the same error message

- Open the Task Manager > Details tab - End the task on all VALORANT, Riot Client and VANGUARD-related apps/services - Open the Control Panel > Uninstall a Program - Uninstall Riot VANGUARD - Open CMD as Admin and type these commands: - sc delete vgc - sc delete vgk - Navigate to your C: Drive, then Program Files - Find the VANGUARD folder and delete it - Open the Riot Client and click update - Restart your computer after the update After you’re done with that: - Press Windows key + R - Type services.msc - Look for vgc - Right-click on vgc > Properties - Change the startup type to automatic - Start the services (if not started already) We will be waiting for your response, thank you.
