ZE20017: Could not upload file to your Edge Provider.

Hi, I am new to community, working on react app. We have multiple projects, works fine. One project, keeps throwing below error. I confirmed this is not network since this worked earlier. Other teammates, it works within same office network. I tried inside VPN, outside VPN, same error. Any tips to troubleshoot this error?

Can you run the same command with DEBUG=zephyr:* and throw the output here ?

DEBUG=zephyr:* pnpm build for example It should log out a whole bunch of helpful zephyr debug output

sure, we are using Fastly Edge. i ll run with debug and share

@ShaneCodes something to look at, its a 3mb file, wonder if thats part of whats causing the issue with fastly edge

nice. thansk for pointer. and technical possible for us to reduce bundle size and retry. we ll try to add more lazyload and break 3mb bundle smaller. will reply if breaking the bundle helps us

thanks for reply and support @Zack . it was indeed the icons package > 3MB that was timing out. Now, any idea what region is https://ze.southernglazers.com? Reason is, I am in toronto and facing timeout. teammates from Atlanta always works nvr timesout. Smelling developers outside certain cloud regions, are slapped with timeouts.
