CustomCrafting Alternatives?
What are the best 1.21.5+ alternatives to CustomCrafting that have a simple custom item and, optionally, a crafting recipe GUI?
Paid or free is fine.

If I'm not mistaken, most if not all of those features are available as datapacks
for basic vanilla items I guess, but I have no idea how that would work with linking to custom NBT items
I dont remember which version, but as of like 1.20 or 1.21 custom crafting recipes defined by datapacks can output items with custom NBT
