Facial Recognition possible bug

I'm using Immich since a long time now and I have always use external library because I have a very big collection of photos all ordered into year/events folders.
I have 68 000 photos into my external library.
I love facial recognition and I'm using it a lot.
But recently I discovered that on a lot of photos with clearly visible faces Immich seems to didn't scanned them.
As you can see in the screenshots, in first the two faces has not been detected and when I click on "Refresh Faces" on this specific photo the faces were immediately recognized.
But when I'm going to Administration -- Jobs and I try to do "Refresh" or "Missing" on Face Detection" nothing happen and no photos are proceed.
Does someone has an idea why this happen ?
