if instead of O on the right if there was NO2, would the product be different? also ik NGP would take place here but even if it didnt wouldnt hyperconjugation make it more favourable, overcoming the -I?

so now br would be on leftmost carbon and on the secondlast carbon but if there was no2 instead of that O on the right, would Br still be the secondlast carbon (hyperconjugation) or will -I dominate? @Enamine can u guide a bit
