Genshin doesn't work
After trying many things, I was able to see the launcher but every time I start the game, the game just closes and I have no error message.
Can someone help me ?

I had the same issue and got it working with proton experimental I think it's provided by steam but I'm not 100% sure

it happened today again using proton experimental but i just tried to start it again and it worked fine

or you can just follow the instructions on the github page and get rid of the issues entirely
proton 10 and the enviromental variable to fix the c++ issue thing
