Bulk import domains for DNS use
Hello, i'm updating the NS on over 200 domains to point to cloudflare. Can I import the list into cloudflare and as I update the NS on the registrar, it'll start working as CF checks?

According to the Cloudflare documentation, you can add multiple domains to Cloudflare at once using the "Bulk Domain Import" feature. However, this feature is only available for Enterprise customers.
For non-Enterprise customers, you can add domains one by one using the "Add a website" feature in the Cloudflare dashboard.
Regarding your question about updating the NS records on the registrar and having Cloudflare start working as soon as the update is made, the answer is yes. Once you update the NS records on the registrar to point to Cloudflare, Cloudflare will start working as soon as the DNS propagation is complete.
However, it's recommended to wait for the DNS propagation to complete before making any further changes to your DNS settings. You can use online tools such as What's My DNS or DNS Checker to verify that the NS records have been updated correctly.
It's also important to note that Cloudflare recommends updating the NS records in batches to avoid any potential issues with DNS propagation.
You can find more information on adding multiple domains to Cloudflare and updating NS records in the Cloudflare documentation: https://developers.cloudflare.com/fundamentals/get-started/setup/add-site/ and https://developers.cloudflare.com/dns/zone-setups/full-setup/setup/
Additionally, you can also refer to the Cloudflare documentation on bulk domain import for Enterprise customers: https://developers.cloudflare.com/fundamentals/account-and-billing/account/multiple-domains/
