ive had this problem for a big while and now even after resetting my pc over again, the game still doesnt losd and im stuck looking at the loading screen

i just tried it on my old laptop and even tho its slow it work perfectly fine
idk tf is wrong with my new pc bruh
also idk if its important but on my old laptop valorant only uses 48% gpu while when i open it on the new pc, other than not loading it also uses 100% gpu
