My account got hacked then banned
My account got hacked and then the hacker use hack and play with it on my account and my account got banned what can i do to get the account back i tried several times to contact with pubg but nothing happened

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. If your account has been permanently suspended, please submit Appeal through https://pubgmobile.live/support.
And for non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim.
If the result of your claim is rejected, then your account will remain suspended....

I tried to submit an account ban appeal from the game But I get a message that your device is causing a security risk or something and I can't send the appeal
