Syncing Shop Products to other dev environments
Hi,
I have my dev app installed on a singular shopify dev store.
So I have 3 environments currently:
development
steven-dev-1
todd-dev
For some reason the only dev environments that has all the products from the dev Shopify store synced is development. The other two are not synced with the data. How can I get those tables to populate?9 Replies
Hi Steven,
If you want to run a historical data sync for a store you can that in the
installs tab
Then select sync for the connected shop
It runs successfully, no errors in the logs, and nothing populates the products

Which environment are you seeing this in?
From the last picture its not showing that the product model is included in the sync
do you have the product model enabled in your shopify connection?

ok, I'm starting to get the lifecycle of this now.
However, I added the product permissions like I did in the creation of the app. Clicked sync, and it's still not inserting the data
I'm selecting the scopes to be added to my environment, but for some reason it's not taking
I think I got it. I didn't have the app completely installed onto the store. Once I clicked on the full preview from here it prompted me to allow an un-approved app to go on to my store
