Outlook rate limiting email sending from workers (reputation)

Any recourse for this? I’m using the new feature “reply to email from workers” https://developers.cloudflare.com/email-routing/email-workers/reply-email-workers/

My two cents. I'd recommend using a paid service. Just assume for every 1 honest valid app, that there are 5 bad actors. If you want deliverability and reliability, you'll want to pay for it or use the engineering method of "hope for the best" 😉 good luck.
