Riot or my pc that is buggin
im trying to log in and play but the riot client is buggin like this and i if i press play it doesnt open if it does open it always shows like error code van smth this keep i already restart repair files anyone have any idea how to fix this

Usually a network issue, if you don't know whats causing it or think it isnt your internet restart your pc (if that doesn't fix it reinstall client or call your ISP)
