Urgent Review Request – False Positive Ban & HWID Restriction Despite Clean Logs
Dear Riot Dev Team,
I am writing to urgently request a manual review of my recent permanent account suspension and HWID restriction, which occurred only 48 hours after my previous HWID ban (lasting 4 months) was lifted.
1. Background:
- In early 2025, my system’s HWID was flagged and blocked by Vanguard.
- I waited the full 4-month restriction period and fully complied with all guidelines.
- On July 17, 2025, my HWID block was lifted, and I resumed playing Valorant using only my clean account and a legitimate latency optimizer (ExitLag).
- On July 19, 2025, just 2 days later, I was permanently banned again—this time both my account and HWID—without any clear explanation.
2. Technical Evidence:
I have attached all relevant log files via ticket #115833844. After thorough review, I confirm:

No evidence of any cheating tools, macro software, or overlays (e.g., AHK, GHUB, Razer Synapse).
- No unauthorized DLL injections, helper scripts, or process anomalies.
- My performance on July 18 was entirely normal (solo Phoenix mid, no unusual frag rates).

- Being banned again so soon, despite playing legitimately, is extremely unfair.
