Getting very bad lag spikes
Hi!! So I recently upgraded my computer to 7800x3d, 32gb 6000mhz cl30 ram, and 5070 ti, and for some reason i am getting very bad stutters that make valorant almost unplayable. Does anyone have any idea what causes it? Here is an image of the frametime.

the fps is high but it freezes every 3 seconds or so ><
even when i alt tab to otuside the game and move my mouse in windows, it freezes for like 0.1-0.2 seconds
Are you playing on wifi or Ethernet?
