Getting very bad lag spikes

Hi!! So I recently upgraded my computer to 7800x3d, 32gb 6000mhz cl30 ram, and 5070 ti, and for some reason i am getting very bad stutters that make valorant almost unplayable. Does anyone have any idea what causes it? Here is an image of the frametime.
