I have lambo then i make upgraded level-2 and 3 then when i try to make level-4 its not work how can i make it please

You can unlock collection perks early with Lucky Vouchers up to Level 3. For Level 4 and onwards, you need to own a certain number of cars from the same series to be able to unlock each level.
You need to own 4 cars to unlock Level 4 perks, 5 cars for Level 5 and so on....

You have to collect Other cars on same brand to upgrade.
If i have this one only i can upgrade it only level-3?
If it's same brand as you own, you need to collect more cars.
By same brand to unlock extra upgrades.
