Ping Issue in ASN6713
Hello Riot Support,
I’m a player from Morocco (Maroc Telecom user) and I’ve been experiencing serious routing issues when connecting to EU Valorant servers.
My ping is very inconsistent — sometimes I get 35-40ms (which is perfect), but suddenly it jumps to 70-90ms or more, without any changes on my side. This happens especially when connected to servers like Paris, Madrid, or Frankfurt.
I confirmed that the issue is not from my PC, DNS, or local network. It seems like my ISP randomly uses bad routes, making the connection unstable.
Is there any way Riot can investigate this or work with Maroc Telecom to improve the routing?
