Permanently suspended for allegedly using "third party programs"
Hello guys, 2 days ago I got banned for allegedly using "third party software" when I didnt use anything besides Valorant and Discord. I already sent 2 tickets to riot support and they rejected both saying that my account cheated, when it is completely false. I had this account since Twitch drops beta and I didnt use any software or hardware that can provide me advantage in the 5 years that I have played, so I dont know what else to do.
I dont know if I can get in contact with any person of the support team and get a solution because I have been banned unfairly and in the ticket responses they said that I have used cheats, but first, I didnt, and second, they dont tell me "what I allegedly used"...
For more info, I dont use any macros (and I dont run at setup anything like Logitech G Hub or SteelSeriesGG) so I dont really know how to find a solution to my problem. Any answer would help me a lot, thxx in advance.
