False VAN 152 Ban, confused
I am not sure why I received a hardware ban, as I have been able to play the game for years no problem, and I have never used any prohibited 3rd party software. I only a couple weeks ago downloaded Medal and Tracker Network but I believe those comply with ToS. Before seeing this ban, both my sister and I used my device to play 1 match each, she played hers first, and I played one after. After getting off the game and getting back on, I see the VAN 152 error. On a different device, we confirmed that her account (axia#fatty) got suspended (permanent suspension error came up, could not boot up game) but mine did not (chi#ratty).
Although my game was a normal match, hers had 3 bots on the other team, with 300 something ping. I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but it was the only out-of-the-ordinary thing in either of our matches.
If anyone could help I would appreciate it, I'm not sure what system details I should be sharing to make this easier.
