Distant horizons lods glitch.

  1. when using shadows there is a bug where most of the lods are covered in shadows even when exposed to sun.
  2. When turning transparency for water to fake it becomes black, when turning transparent it the water dissapears and renders the ground beneath.
Done using a integrated amd gpu on laptop the shader itself provides little to no problems

Ps im unsure if this is a dh issue but its bit rendering fog oike in my real chunks.

Writing this so it hopefully gets fixed one day, ive done my best to fix the problem and i dont think it can be fixed by itself.
