Falsely Suspended

Hi I was playing Val and I kept crashing because of connection problems and the code was like VAN - 102 and now I am temp suspended. I am kinda scared that I am going to permanently banned like the other people experiencing the same problem so can anyone tell me why this happening. The only tabs open were discord, medal, Logitech g hub, and voice mod. The picture I provided below is the suspension message and what voice mod is. It’s basically a voice changer app but I use it for the clean mic voice because it makes me sound better.
