It says “Please provide proof of previous account usage, such as screenshots of UC purchase.” It says screenshots but I’m only allowed to give one picture? So should I give picture of the oldest purchase record I have or the newest one? Or is there a way that I can give multiple screenshots?

If you wish to submit multiple screenshots via the in-game recovery tool, you can upload the images or other supportive materials to a website/application like Google Drive. After uploading the screenshots, you can copy the shareable link and include it in your response in the Account Recovery Tool. It is recommended that the link's permission is set to public.

I already submitted two claims one through the in game customer service and one through a Google form but both got rejected
My last option is this one I was waiting to get a response about what screenshot to put there

the hacker turned on secondary verification
My Twitter and email are still linked to it but I can’t login because of secondary verification
He cannot change it

Send a email to service@pubgmobile.com to lift the restriction on ur account due to which u can’t file the claim through ur regular device
Once lifted file the claim along with the information needed it will be recovered

I am unable to get my I’d despite of all proof for my I’d but still restrictions on my account and o could not file the claim it’s been 25 days now and after 30 days my regular device will not remain trusted due to the reason that I could not log in to my game for 30 days sending a lot of emails to service@pubgmobile.com but all in vain automated response that try once the restrictions are lifted so sad 7 years and hell amount of money spent all is going in vain really sad

I wanted to know that still restrictions are on my account and o tried filing the Claim from my regular device the problem is o can’t file and i sent email to service@pubgmobile.com and they are replying file through regular device once the restrictions are lifted now it’s almost one month now and my device will no more remain regular and the hacker is playing from my ID and he purchased the üç also after hacking the account
Please advice will I be able to get back my account ?
