False Ban On Valorant

Recently ive seen a lot more of these going around and I have seen riot support a little more active so i just wanted to go ahead and see if i can get a response. My val account shoot back#drgbh got banned around 2 ish months ago for "third-party softwares. The problem is I really don't know what 3rd party softwares i had.
