@LimeMansion I left at night and entered the game after 10+ hours, but he was not there. Now I used the sprinkler method, entered after 25-30 minutes, he was not there again (and nothing grew for me at all)

The last comment was correct, but if you join the game in 29 mins after offline it wont happen so join the game 35 mins after leaving.

U need to grab the crops after placing the sprinklers, and wait for the flashbang which takes 30 mins offline
